What can you request?
Decisions on building permits and preliminary rulings, permit drawings, zoning plans (detaljplaner) and minutes from the building and environmental committees are generally official documents. So are inspection reports from environmental supervision and animal welfare inspections.
Exceptions exist for information that could reveal security arrangements in buildings, personal circumstances in a supervisory case, and technical details that are trade secrets.
